Partnering with diverse businesses is important to our success and to our role as a leader in the retail industry. The supplier diversity initiative enables L Brands to have access to the best vendors in each sourcing category. Thus, we seek relationships with suppliers that mirror our values by ensuring diversity in their supply base. The mutually beneficial business will broaden the economic vitality and prosperity of the communities we serve, create value for our shareholders and provide fresh perspective and innovative solutions to our business.

Tier 2 Program
The LBrands Supplier Diversity Program engages its key suppliers to provide the most opportunities to diverse businesses. LBrands encourages its suppliers to subcontract or work with diverse suppliers and report their Tier 2 spending through the Unitier platform.

What do I need to do?
Every quarter you will receive a reminder to submit your data to Lbrands. Please submit your information within 45 days of receiving this email.
What information do I need to report?
You are asked to report your diverse spend over the prior quarter. This may be reported in one or two ways, depending on the type of good or services you provide to Lbrands.
